Agile24 Healthcare Inc. offers the customer a written depiction of the following service features to ensure compliance with the Joint Commission Standards for Healthcare Staffing Services.

1. Subcontractors

Agile24 Healthcare Inc. strictly follows the policy of obtaining customer approval before engaging subcontractors for Assigned Providers.

2. Floating

Agile24 Healthcare Inc. ensures that Assigned Providers are matched to assignments corresponding to their job descriptions. In the event of a request for an Assigned Provider to float to another department within the customer’s facility, the department must be similar, and the floating provider must have demonstrated competence and the appropriate certifications and credentials for that department or unit. Float assignments are restricted to areas with similar clinical diagnoses and acuities.

3. Competency Review

Agile24 Healthcare Inc. is responsible for conducting and finalizing the pre-employment assessment of Assigned Providers’ competence, focusing on the techniques, procedures, technology, and skills required to administer care, treatment, and services to the customer’s served populations post-completion of Agile24 Healthcare Inc.’s orientation program.

The customer is responsible for cooperating in reviewing or evaluating each Assigned Provider’s ability to perform specific job functions upon completion of their assignment or shift. Agile24 Healthcare Inc. relies on the customer’s feedback to accurately assess and reassess the competence of Assigned Providers continuously, drawing upon the customer’s observations of clinical performance.

4. Orientation of Providers

Agile24 Healthcare Inc. provides an orientation to all new providers on the company’s policies and procedures. However, the customer is responsible for orienting assigned providers to the facility, its rules, and regulations. Customers are also responsible for acquiring assigned providers with facility policies, dress code, physical layout, and equipment and validating their competency and ability to utilize equipment effectively.

5. Providers and Independent Contractors

Agile24 Healthcare Inc., as the staffing services provider, acts as the employer for Assigned Providers, emphasizing that their temporary assignment through Agile24 Healthcare Inc. Agile24 Healthcare Inc. also maintains the right, solely at its discretion, to incorporate Independent Contractors alongside its providers to support the provision of all agreed-upon Healthcare Supplemental Staffing services.

6. Incident, Error, Tracking System

In the event of Incidents or Errors being reported, Agile24 Healthcare Inc. is responsible for documenting and monitoring all unexpected incidents, which include errors, sentinel events, and other occurrences like injuries and safety hazards associated with the provided care and services, using its data collection mechanisms. Agile24 Healthcare Inc. collects, tracks, and analyzes information, facilitating appropriate sharing and reporting to customers, regulatory bodies, and the Joint Commission as stipulated.

7. Communicating Occupational Safety Hazards/Events

The customer must notify Agile24 Healthcare Inc. within 24 hours of any competency issues, incidents, or complaints concerning the Assigned Provider and Agile24 Healthcare Inc. The customer commits to initiating communication with Agile24 Healthcare Inc. upon completing any incident or injury report related to the Assigned Provider.

8. Requirements for Staff Specified

As part of the written agreement between Agile24 Healthcare Inc. and the customer, the customer determines the requirements for staff supplied by Agile24 Healthcare Inc. Agile24 Healthcare Inc. is obligated to meet the customer’s requirements by furnishing staff possessing documented competencies, credentials, health screenings, and experience necessary to fulfill the customer’s specified needs, thereby ensuring the safe delivery of care to the served population.

9. Conflicts of Interest

To the best of its ability, Agile24 Healthcare Inc. is committed to identifying conflicts of interest and promptly disclosing them to its clients. Furthermore, Agile24 Healthcare Inc. conducts an annual evaluation of its relationships and those of its healthcare providers with vendors, clients, competitors, and regulatory entities to detect potential conflicts of interest.

Whenever conflicts of interest arise, Agile24 Healthcare Inc. ensures disclosure of conflicts of interest to the relevant client or affected parties. Agile24 Healthcare Inc. strictly prohibits its internal employees from holding additional employment, accepting gifts exceeding nominal value, or authorizing payment of any travel, living, or entertainment expenses by any entity currently or potentially engaged in business with Agile24 Healthcare Inc., unless sanctioned by the relevant client.

10. Staff Matching Requirements

Agile24 Healthcare Inc. verifies the Assigned Provider’s licensure, certification, education, and work experience to ensure competence and alignment with assignment requirements. This verification process includes aligning the Assigned Provider’s credentials and experience with the specified assignment requirements. Agile24 Healthcare Inc. may accommodate requests for new graduate practitioners upon approval or request from the customer.
