Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide diverse care in Cardiopulmonary, Geriatrics, Medical Surgical, Neurology, Oncology, Orthopedics, and Acute Care.
• Assess and assist with mobility using adaptive devices and techniques like AROM/AAROM/PROM and gait training.
• Monitor vital signs and administer breathing techniques for conditions like COPD, CHF, and post-op recovery.
• Manage time efficiently, respond to alarms, and aid patients with assistive devices.
• Specialize in treating hip/knee injuries, amputations, back pain, arthritis, and post-stroke rehab.
• Design individualized rehab programs and educate patients and families on medication and home exercises.

The facility enforces a 50-mile radius rule, requiring travelers to reside at least 50 miles away from the facility to qualify. If they live within 50 miles of the facility, they are not eligible.
