Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with healthcare professionals.
• Provide personalized bedside nursing care to pre- and post-surgery patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and perform procedures like dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts.
• Adjust medical equipment and monitor patient vitals, reporting any adverse reactions promptly.
• Collaborate on discharge planning and educate patients and families on post-surgery care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to nursing standards and protocols.
