Duties & Responsibilities:
• Scrubbing for surgical procedures, specializing in CVOR with proficient skills in cardiac cases.
• Practicing aseptic techniques to maintain sterile field integrity.
• Implementing universal protocol (timeout) to ensure patient safety.
• Ensuring radiation/laser/fire safety protocols are followed in the operating room.
• Proper labelling and handling of specimens.
• Conducting sterilization and disinfection procedures.

The facility enforces a 100-mile radius rule, whereby the traveller must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility to be considered eligible. If the individual lives within 100 miles of the facility, they are not qualified.
